  1. Make sure the remote you are trying to learn is an infrared remote.
  2. Try adjusting the angle or shortening the distance, then learn the remote again.
  3. Try the other two methods: Manual Matching and Learn Remote Buttons.
  4. If the issue persists, please provide a video showing how the Hub indicator light changes during remote learning, and send it to customer support via Feedback in the SwitchBot App.
