1. Please place the Hub 3 closer to the Wi-Fi router (within 5 meters).
2. Unplug the Wi-Fi router and the Hub 3, then plug them back in.
3. Please set up Wi-Fi again by going to SwitchBot app -> Hub 3 -> Gear icon -> Wi-Fi settings near the device.
4. If the device goes offline at a certain time, please check if the problem can be resolved by setting DHCP to "Never expire: in the following order: Wi-Fi router basic settings → Settings → IPV4 → DHCP → Never expire.
5. If your Hub 3 can connect to your phone's personal hotspot, please go to Hub 3 → gear icon → Firmware & Battery in the SwitchBot app to check for available firmware updates. If necessary, update the device's firmware nearby to the latest version.
6. If your Wi-Fi router supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz frequencies, connect to a 2.4GHz network.
*If your Wi-Fi router is set to use the 2.4GHz band for 802.11 b/g/n and has ax enabled, please disable ax.
