When Operating Multiple Home Appliances of the Same Manufacturer, the Infrared Ray Is Confused and Leads to Wrong Operation

• Firmware Version: SwitchBot Hub Mini 5.4-6.6 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot app is the latest version.

2. Please note that Hub Mini/Ceiling Light Pro itself does not have a function to distinguish infrared rays.

3. If home appliances can be set to different channels, it is possible to control them separately with the hub mini by setting each appliance to a different channel. Please try it out.

4. Use the remote control attached to home appliance A to operate home appliance B.

5. If the remote controls supplied with the appliances are used together, check that they can be controlled separately by adjusting the position of the hub mini. If the position adjustment does not improve the situation, misoperation is now inevitable. Please ask the original manufacturer of the appliance if there has been an infrared interference countermeasure.

6. If the remote control attached to the appliance is not used together, please learn and save each appliance remote control in customization mode and then log in to the SwitchBot app → Profile → Feedback.
