This is not a SwitchBot issue. Some Android phones may automatically show a Scan to Connect prompt when they detect nearby devices that meet the Matter standard, inviting you to enable Matter.

Tap Later in the lower-left corner of the screen, then tap a button similar to Turn Off Notifications on the new page to disable this prompt.
