1. If you have another charging adapter or cable, please test it to see if your problem is resolved by changing cables a try again.

2. Please reset the Camera to see if it helps. After resetting, you will hear an audible tone (depending on your product model). The indicator light should change from red to flashing for about 20 to 45 seconds. Please wait for a while until it stops blinking.

- A video showing a red indicator light still on for approx. 1 minute after resetting.

El indicador de la camara siempre esta rojo , ya eh probado con otro cable de carga ,se ah reiniciado el dispositivo y el problema continua
