1. Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot app from the app store. You may not be able to pair with the beta version.
2. If your home Wi-Fi router supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz frequencies, please connect to the 2.4GHz network. If your Wi-Fi router is set to use the 2.4GHz band for 802.11 b/g/n and has ax enabled, please disable ax.
3. When adding the device, make sure to correctly enter the Wi-Fi SSID and password, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
4. When setting up the network for Outdoor Pan Tilt Cam 3K, please operate near the router.
5. Restart your home router.
6. Please turn the Outdoor Pan Tilt Cam 3K off and on again, restart the SwitchBot app, and then try once more following the app's guidance.
7. If you have another smartphone, please try adding Outdoor Pan Tilt Cam 3K using that smartphone.
8. Please try connecting your Outdoor Pan Tilt Cam 3K to your smartphone's tethering.
