Check whether there are any movements in the camera view that may not be immediately noticeable, such as air vents, glass reflections, sunlight, moving curtains, rotating fans, rain, or trees swaying in strong wind. Since the camera detects motion based on changes in the image, these movements may cause false detections.
Try changing the installation angle or installation environment to avoid having moving objects within the camera view.
Set the motion detection sensitivity according to the distance of the target. Higher sensitivity may make false detections more likely.
