1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Curtain has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date. For the latest firmware, please contact us via SwitchBot App > Profile > Help & Feedback > Feedback.
3. Each type of SwitchBot Curtain has a different maximum load-bearing capacity. Please refer to the maximum weight of the corresponding SwitchBot Curtain model you are using below:
Curtain U Rail: Up to 8 Kg
Curtain I Rail: Up to 8 Kg
Curtain Rod: 5 Kg to 8 Kg
4. If you are using SwitchBot Curtain U Rail 2, please change your device wheels to see if your issue improves.
5. If you are using SwitchBot Curtain U Rail (1st Gen) or need accessories separately, please log in to our app → Profile → Feedback and ask our support team for help.
6. If you are using SwitchBot Curtain Rod, please check the following information to see if the problem is improved:

- Detailed dimensions of your curtain rail
- A Cross-sectional photo of your curtain rail
