During a conversation in Earth Language mode, you can ask KATA Friends to sing at any time. It will choose a song based on your mood or preferences and perform adorable moves along with the music.
Note: The firmware must be updated to V1.2.076 or later.
How can I ask KATA Friends to sing?
After entering Earth Language mode, simply tell it what you would like to hear. For example:
- “Sing me a song.”
- “Sing something cheerful.”
- “Sing something calm.”
Can I request a specific song?
Requesting a specific song by title is not currently supported. KATA Friends sings original songs created especially for it.
What if I want KATA Friends to sing a different song?
While KATA Friends is singing, simply say, “Sing another song.” KATA Friends will choose a different song and won’t sing the same one again.
Which languages are supported?
Songs are currently available in Japanese, English, and Chinese. KATA Friends selects a song language based on the current conversation language and voice used in Earth Language mode.
What should I do if KATA Friends doesn’t respond when I ask it to sing?
There may be several reasons:
- There may not currently be a song that matches your request—try a different style or mood.
- Your device version may not meet the feature requirements—make sure the firmware and resource pack have been updated to the version specified above.
- You can also wait a moment and ask it to sing again.
