The helper function of KATA Friends allows you to use supported voice commands in chat mode to have KATA Friends check device status and control devices. To use the "Helper" feature of KATA Friends, the following conditions must be met:
- SwitchBot app version: 9.26 or newer
- Firmware version: 1.2.059 or newer
- Chat mode: enabled
