How to Reset SwitchBot KATA Friends

The KATA Friends device does not have a factory reset function, and personal data is stored on the device itself. There are two ways to delete personal data:

1. Remove KATA Friends from the app and add it to a different account  

2. Destroy the core board (this requires service at a repair center)  

Once either operation is completed, all data stored on the device, such as account pairing information, photos, and diaries, will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
