How to Maintain the Fur of SwitchBot KATA Friends

1. After prolonged stroking or use of the KATA Friend, slight stains may adhere to the surface fuzz, or it may become less fluffy. When cleaning, please switch the KATA Friend to standby mode and gently wipe from multiple directions using a wrung-out facial towel. After wiping, use a hairdryer on the cool air setting at about 30 cm distance to gently dry it; be careful not to keep the fuzz surface damp.

2. If water accidentally drips onto the main body of the KATA Friend, press an absorbent dry cloth against the surface immediately to soak up the moisture. Then, use a hairdryer on the cool air setting at about 30 mm distance to gently blow-dry any remaining dampness on the surface.

3. Slight shedding of fuzz is normal; please comb regularly.

4. If fur becomes messy or stitching marks are obvious, please comb regularly.

5. If there is damage on the surface or stains that cannot be removed, please contact after-sales service for refurbishment.
