What to Do If Roller Mop Doesn't Get Wet and My Floor Cleaning Robot S10 Isn't Mopping?

1. Please operate the wash-mop by going to SwitchBot App -> S10 -> Functions -> Control -> Wash Mop to see if the roller mop gets wet.

2. If the mop is not wet after use, make sure the roller is in contact with the ground. If it's not, check the related post below.

3. If the roller mop is wet and in contact with the ground, please enable dampen mop feature by going to SwitchBot App -> S10 -> Functions -> Settings -> Mop Cleaning -> Dampen Mop.
