1. After confirming the issue, we will arrange a repair or replacement service for you. Please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When contacting us, please provide with the following information:
- A video showing the robot spinning in circles and not moving straight
- A screenshot of the error message from the SwitchBot App
- A screenshot showing your order information
2. Also, if you would like to replace the wheel yourself, we can send you the parts and a video for you to perform the process. Please contact us for further assistance. Additionally, kindly provide your home address when reaching out again to expedite our service.
3. If both wheels are not working properly, please send us a video for our R&D team to investigate further.
