1. Automatic dust collection only triggers if the cleaning session lasts more than 5 minutes. If the robot returns to the base before 5 minutes, it will not automatically collect debris.
2. If Do-Not-Disturb schedules are enabled, the robot won't automatically collect dust during that time.
3. Make sure that the dust bag in the auto-empty station is not full. The dust bag should be replaced approximately every 2–3 months.
4. Check the debris evacuation port and tube of the auto-empty station for debris. If blockages are found, carefully clean them to restore proper function.
5. Check if the indicator light on the auto-empty station is orange, which may indicate an issue.
6. Make sure the input voltage listed at the bottom of the auto-empty station matches your household voltage.
7. Open the lid of the auto-empty station and inspect the interior for any signs of moisture.
8. If the dust is not being collected properly, please open the lid of the auto-empty station and check if there is an attached dustbag or similar item inside. If present, remove it and try emptying the dustbin again.

- A video showing the robot not automatically collecting debris after completing a cleaning task.
- A photo of the inside of the auto-empty station with the lid open.
