1. Remove the robot's faceplate and restart it.
2. Make sure that the drain hose is properly installed.
3. Make sure that the drain hose is not damaged or folded.
4. Make sure that the water station's auto-drain port is attached and undamaged.
5. If you are using an External Water Tank, make sure that the Type-C cord of the external water tank is firmly connected to the Water Station. Also, if possible, try plugging and unplugging the Type-C cord a few times.
6. Please check if the wastewater box is dry and the sealing gasket is intact.
7. Please deep clean the mop by opening the SwitchBot app and navigating to S10 Robot -> Functions -> Control -> Wash Mop. After that, remove the waste water box from the S10 and check if it is full of dirty water. If there is no dirty water, please contact us to request a replacement of the waste water box. If there is water in the waste water box, please manually clean the waste water box.
8. Open the waste filter cover on the Water Station and then clean the waste filter.
Way to open the waste filter cover: Hold the main body of the water station with your hand, then use a pliers or something like that to turn the knob part of the lid counterclockwise until it reaches the position marked with a white circle, then pull it upward.

- Remove the waste water box and take a photo for us
- A video showing the robot deep-cleaning (SwitchBot app -> S10 Robot -> Functions -> Control -> Wash Mop) its mop with sound
