- SwitchBot App Version: 9.13 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Please deep clean the roller mop before mopping by going to SwitchBot App -> S10 -> Functions in the lower left corner -> Control -> Wash Mop.
3. Adjust the amount of water for mopping as needed by going to SwitchBot App -> S10 -> Cleaning Mode in the lower right corner -> Vac & Mop -> Mopping water level.
4. Please enable "dampen mop" feature by going to SwitchBot App -> S10 -> Functions in the lower left corner -> Settings -> Mop Cleaning.
5. Please check the tires of the S10 for dirt. Also, clean them manually if necessary.
6. Please check if the roller mop of the S10 is touching the ground properly. If not, please follow the link below for troubleshooting.

7. On uneven floors or floors with height differences, it is inevitable that water marks will remain, and the situation can be remedied by increasing the number of water wipes.
