Signing up
Tap "Sign up" and follow the on-screen instructions to create an exclusive account for the SwitchBot App. Alternatively, you can sign up directly with a third-party account, such as Apple, Google, or Amazon.
If you run into problems, you can look for solutions under Sign up / Change / Delete.
Signing in
If you have an existing email address or username, please sign in with that email and password.
If you have a third-party account, please choose a service at the bottom of the page and sign in.
If you signed in with a third-party account last time, you will see a small tooltip that says, "last signed in."

You can link your SwitchBot app account with SwitchBot Official Website account so you do not need to manage extra credentials if you would like to purchase from SwitchBot Official Store and get SwitchBot points.
Link with Third-party Services
You can link third-party services with your SwitchBot account, such as Alexa, Google Home, IFTTT, SmartThings, and so forth.
General Tips
When entering email login information in the SwitchBot App, if you enter an email address that does not meet the conditions, you may receive an "Email Format Error" message. To enter a valid email address when signing up, see the tips below.

SwitchBot App Version: 7.5 or newer
1. For newly created accounts in the SwitchBot app, please log in directly with your email address/username and password.
2. If you have an external (Apple, Amazon, Google) account, please sign in directly with "Log in with external account". You have the right to add, access, and control the SwitchBot products and devices associated with you.
* If you cannot log in with an external account, please contact our customer service team at support@switch-bot.com with your account.
