Try to re-type your email/username and make sure the password is correct. Watch out for any extra spaces or unexpected capitalized characters.
If you are 1000% sure you have entered the correct email, please check your Trash or Spam folder. The verification email is sometimes filtered into the junkbox.
Due to technical reasons, some email addresses might not be able to receive a verification code successfully. Please follow these steps,
a. Tap "Didn't receive any verification code? " and choose Verify via Email
b. Open your mail app and send an email to verification@switch-bot.com
c. Tap "I've Sent the Email"
d. Then you will be redirected to a new page where you can setup a new password for your SwitchBot account
- Should all the methods above fail, you should contact our customer support team by sending an in-App email to us and we will be more than happy to help with any of your problems.
