What Should I Do if SwitchBot Outdoor Spotlight Camera Shows a Pink or Purple Image?

1. Open the SwitchBot app, select Outdoor Spotlight Cam 2K, and toggle Night Vision on or off.

2. Turn the ON/OFF button at the back of the camera to OFF, then turn it back to ON.
