What Should I Do if the Indicator Light on Outdoor Spotlight Cam Does Not Turn On and the Device Cannot Be Reset?

  1. Check whether the battery has power. First, charge the device with a 5V/2A adapter for more than 3 hours and see whether it can recover.
  2. If the charging indicator does not turn on while charging, try using another adapter and power cable to rule out charging failure caused by the adapter or cable.
  3. Please note that the charging indicator should turn orange while charging. If the indicator turns orange, flashes green, or turns green, but the device still cannot power on, please contact customer support via Feedback in the SwitchBot App.
