Insert the SD card into a computer and check whether the computer can recognize it properly or whether the recognition status is stable. You may also try formatting the SD card. If the computer cannot recognize it stably either, the SD card itself may be abnormal.
Format the SD card to FAT32 on your computer, then insert it into the camera and check whether the issue improves.
If you have multiple SD cards, try another SD card and check whether the issue improves.
