- SwitchBot App Version: 8.4 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock has been added to your App.
3. To avoid a home lockout, please update at the indoor side of your door.
4. Make sure you have the Lock upgraded with your smartphone within Bluetooth range.
5. Log out your SwitchBot App, then log in again.
6. Restart your SwitchBot App.
7. If you have multiple phones, try updating the firmware using a different phone to see if it helps.
8. If the issue still exists, please contact us via SwitchBot App > Profile > Help & Feedback >Feedback. We will forward your feedback to our development team for further assistance.
