Make sure Lock Ultra firmware version is up to date.
Check whether the magnet is installed in the correct position. If the magnet is too close to the thumbturn, such as less than 1 cm away, move it to around 1 cm away. Also, when calibrating the door sensor, you can slightly increase the angle of the partially closed door, such as leaving a gap of about 20 cm, then recalibrate and check whether the issue improves.
If there is no improvement, delete the device, power it off and on again, including removing and reinstalling the backup battery, then add the device again and check whether it returns to normal.
