1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Lock has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date. Please contact us via SwitchBot App > Profile > Help & Feedback >Feedback for lastest firmware version.
3. Recalibate your Lock.

4. If the Lock's state cannot be synced to the SwitchBot App after locking and unlocking with the key, please recalibrate it using the key instead of the thumbturn on the lock.
