Why Are Some Options on SwitchBot Lock Settings Page Are Grayed Out and Cannot Be Accessed Remotely

To ensure security and that the settings take effect properly, basic settings must be adjusted while your phone is within Bluetooth range of the Lock and Bluetooth is enabled on your device. If you are out of range, settings will be grayed out and cannot be modified.
