- SwitchBot App Version: 8.4 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Remove the insulating seal from the Lock battery before pairing.
3. When the indicator light on the Lock body blinks blue, it means that the Lock is in pairing mode. In case of addition failure, pair the Lock again by reinserting the batteries.
4. Turn off the smartphone's Bluetooth, then turn it back on.
5. When adding a lock, if it does not appear in the list of detected Bluetooth devices, please add it manually by tapping the Lock icon under Security.
6. Log out your SwitchBot App, then log in again.
7. Restart your SwitchBot App.
