What Should I Do if the Door Cannot Be Opened With a Physical Key?

  1. Make sure the key is fully inserted. The key cover may block the key and prevent it from being inserted all the way. Gently press the key cover to make sure the key can be fully inserted.
  2. If the key is fully inserted but still cannot be turned, please contact customer support via Feedback in the SwitchBot App.
