1. Please use the latest version of the SwitchBot app from the app store. You may not be able to pair with the beta version.
2. Place the Lock Vision Pro closer to the Wi-Fi router (within 5 meters).
3. Please make sure that the Bluetooth on your smartphone is enabled. If it's already on, try turning it off and then back on again.
4. If your home Wi-Fi router supports both 5GHz and 2.4GHz frequencies, please connect to the 2.4GHz network.
5. When adding the device, make sure that you correctly enter the Wi-Fi SSID and password, including uppercase and lowercase letters.
6. Restart your home router and then try again.
7. As a troubleshooting step, check if the Lock Vision Pro can connect to your smartphone's hotspot.
