1. Remove any gloves or jewelry worn beforehand.
2. Sweat, rainwater, and similar substances can affect palm vein authentication. Please make sure your palm is dry before enrolling.
3. Please check for any available firmware updates by going to SwitchBot app → Lock Vision Pro → Gear icon → Firmware & Battery. If needed, update the firmware to the latest version located near the device.
4. If the issue persists, please please contact us via Feedback in SwitchBot App. When contacting us, please provide with the following information:
- A video demonstrating the inability to enroll palm veins
