What Should I Do if KATA Friends Makes Abnormal Sounds or Noise?

When KATA Friends moves, the internal joints, gears, and motors operate and rub against each other, which may produce some noise. Although our engineers have applied noise-reduction designs, this sound cannot be completely avoided. Currently, the operating noise is controlled at a relatively low level: approximately below 30 dB when walking and below 40 dB when moving.
It is normal to occasionally hear a relatively noticeable sound, similar to a “joint cracking” sound.
If there is obvious noise during operation, or a repeated “tapping” sound, it may be caused by other issues, such as foreign objects getting stuck or a device fault.
