What Should I Do if KATA Friends Mistakes Its Own Name During a Conversation?

  1. If you have set a custom wake word as its name, but KATA Friends still thinks it is Noa or Niko during conversations, this may be because its original memory of the name is relatively strong and it has not fully adapted yet. You can patiently remind and teach it a few more times.
  2. Make sure the device firmware version is up to date, then restart the device and try again.
