Check whether the nest has been moved. If so, please move it back to its original position manually.
Check whether the KATA Friends is blocked by any obstacles and cannot return to the base station.
Make sure the charging recognition area on the nest is not blocked, and that the charging recognition area on the back of the main unit is also not blocked.
Make sure the nest is placed on a flat surface, with enough open space around it and no obstacles nearby.
Check the current mode. In general, the KATA Friends will return to charge in situations such as Sleep Mode or One-Tap Return to Charge. If the task is interrupted, the KATA Friends may cancel returning to charge. Please avoid switching modes frequently.
Check whether the sensors are blocked. If needed, clean or wipe the sensors.
