KATA Friends may sometimes play on its own even when no one is around, and it may record what it experiences during that time.
For example, if the diary says that KATA Friends was petted, but no one actually touched it, it may have lightly bumped into a surface or object while moving. The feeling may have been similar to being petted, so KATA Friends recorded it in that way.
This can happen due to how KATA Friends senses and interprets its surroundings, and it does not indicate a device malfunction. We are continuing to optimize this behavior so that KATA Friends can describe its daily experiences more accurately.
If you notice that a diary entry seems significantly inconsistent with what actually happened, please submit feedback through the SwitchBot app.
