1. Please check whether KATA Friends’ nose, where the camera is located, is blocked by dust, dirt, or surrounding fur. If needed, gently wipe the camera lens and tidy any fur around the nose area.

2. In rare cases, photos taken while KATA Friends is moving quickly may appear slightly blurry. This can happen during active play or movement and does not necessarily indicate a malfunction.

3. KATA Friends has a basic camera of approximately 2 megapixels, with image clarity close to 1080P. It is designed mainly for close-range face recognition and basic scene awareness during daily companion use, rather than high-resolution photography.
