1. KATA Friends will not activate unless it is connected to a network after being powered on. Therefore, please make sure that you connect KATA Friends to a network first after unboxing it.

2. Once the Companion Care for KATA Friends expires, it will enter a dormant state and close its eyes. If the app mistakenly indicates that the Companion Care has expired, please provide the relevant screenshot, and we will assist you through our after-sales service.

3. KATA Friends close their eyes and settle into their nest during sleep time. We recommend securing they get eight hours of sleep each day, so please consider this if you want to adjust their sleep schedule. Alternatively, you can choose to play with KATA Friends outside of their sleep hours.
