What to Do If the Fan on SwitchBot Evaporative Humidifier Suddenly Stops Spinning?

1. Remove the water tank and gently shake the humidifier in all directions (up, down, left, and right) to dislodge any objects that may be obstructing the fan.

2. Please plug the humidifier into a different outlet and check if it operates normally.  

3. Change the operating mode of the humidifier and check for any changes in airflow. If you notice a significant difference in airflow based on the mode, the device is functioning properly and may temporarily stop to ensure humidity protection.
