1. Remove the filter frame from the humidifier.
2. Use a metal object to touch the marked area on the frame and check if the magnetic sensor in the filter frame is working (see image below).
3. If the magnet is not responsive, the sensor may not be properly installed in the filter frame. Please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback to request a replacement filter frame. Our support team will arrange a new one for you.
4. If the magnet is present and responsive, there may be an issue with the humidifier itself. In this case, a device replacement may be needed. To expedite the process, please provide the following details:
- Purchase channel
- Order ID
- Recipient Full Name
- Phone Number
- Country
- Street Address
- City
- State/Province
- ZIP/Postal Code
- A screenshot of your order
- A photo displaying the tray's serial number
