1. Make sure the filter is securely installed in the filter frame, as shown in the video.

2. After adjusting the position of the filter, use the included rubber ring to fix it in place.

3. If the issue persists, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When contacting us, please provide a video that captures the sound of water flowing from the humidifier. This will help our R&D team investigate the matter further.
