What to Do If My Evaporative Humidifier Filter is Yellowing, Moldy, or Smelling?

1. Make sure the filter is completely dried after every use. Failure to dry the filter increases the risk of discoloration, odors, and the growth of mold or bacteria.

2. Clean the filter once a month. You can wash it in the washing machine for convenience. Adjust the frequency of cleaning based on how often you use it.

3. If mold is present, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When reaching us, please provide the following details for assistance:

• A photo of the moldy filter
• A screenshot of your purchase history
• Your delivery address

Important Note:

During periods of high humidity, if you won't be using the humidifier for an extended time, make sure to thoroughly dry the inside of the device, including the filter, before storing it. Failing to do so may lead to mold growth and unpleasant odors.
