1. Remove the water tank and check if the tray is full of water.
2. If the tray is filled with water, refer to the video and readjust the open/close valve at the bottom of the water tank so that the white part in the diagram below is nearly level with the adjacent transparent rib.
3. If there is little water in the tray, please adjust the installation position to ensure there are no gaps between the filter and the frame.
4. Move the float up and down as shown in the diagram to check if it is stuck. If it is, please follow the steps in the video to reinstall it.
