What to Do If SwitchBot Evaporative Humidifier Auto-refill Has Water in the Tray but the Filter Remains Dry and Does not Humidify?

1. Pull out the water tray and reinsert it securely. Check if the humidifier starts working properly and the filter begins absorbing water.

2. Refer to video 1 to remove the water pump, thoroughly clean each part based on video 2, and reassemble it.

3. If the filter remains dry, replace the water pump as shown in the video 3 guide provided.

4. Please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback, we’ll arrange a replacement water pump for you. When reaching us, please provide the following below:

• A video demonstrating that the filter stays dry when a tissue paper is pressed against it while the humidifier is running
