1. Pull out the water tray and reinsert it securely. Check if the humidifier starts working properly and the filter begins absorbing water.
2. Remove the plastic tube from the filter frame, then install the frame without the filter and run the Evaporative Humidifier for at least 10 seconds. If water flows from the water pump, it indicates an issue with the filter frame. In this case, please contact support through the SwitchBot App (Profile → Support → Feedback) to request a replacement for the filter frame.
3. If no water flows, refer to video 1 to remove the water pump, thoroughly clean each part based on video 2, and reassemble it.
4. If the filter remains dry, replace the water pump as shown in the video 3 guide provided.
5. Please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback, we’ll arrange a replacement water pump or filter frame for you. When reaching us, please provide the following below:
- A video demonstrating that the filter stays dry when a tissue paper is pressed against it while the humidifier is running
- A photo of the filter frame with the plastic tube removed (turning the frame upside down as shown in the middle picture of step 2)
- Order number
- A screenshot showing your order information
- Your address
