1. KATA Friends create the previous day’s diary during their sleep period. Therefore, when you view the diary in the SwitchBot app, it displays the content from the day before. For example, if KATA Friends sleep between 11 PM on February 25 and 7 AM on February 26, the diary created will be for February 25. As a result, opening the diary on the 26th will show records from the 25th. This is the normal process for how KATA Friends create diaries and is not a malfunction. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Make sure KATA Friends stays powered on at night. Do not turn it off or disconnect the power.

3. Turn off any scheduled router restart or scheduled internet disconnection settings.

4. Make sure KATA Friends is connected to a stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, and avoid placing it in an area with a weak Wi-Fi signal.
