- SwitchBot App Version: 9.0 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. You can find this feature in the following order:
- Launch SwitchBot App and log in.
- Tap Profile in the lower right corner.
- Tap Manage Accounts.
- Tap your E-mail and choose Change Email Address
- Follow the on-screen instructions
3. If you are using an older version of the SwitchBot App, please update to the latest version so that you can change your email address yourself.
Note:
Devices added to SwitchBot App Account A cannot be transferred to Account B.
