- SwitchBot App Version:9.4 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Make sure SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K10+ Pro Combo has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.
3. Try repairing the Cordless Vacuum Cleaner and the Dual Empty Station in the following order:
- Launch SwitchBot app and log in.
- Tap Robot Vacuum K10+ Pro Combo.
- Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Tap "Pair Device" on the Settings screen.
- Place the cordless vacuum cleaner on the dual station, press the mode switch button for two seconds and tap “next”.
- The device will be searched and connected automatically.
4. Please perform dust collection again after repairing.
5. If the Cordless Vacuum Cleaner dust collection still cannot be performed, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback.
