What to Do If My Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Cannot Empty Dust?

• SwitchBot App Version：9.4 or newer

1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.

2. Make sure SwitchBot Robot Vacuum K10+ Pro Combo has been added to your App and your device firmware version is up to date.

3. Make sure the battery of the cordless vacuum cleaner is securely inserted. It will not be fully inserted when shipped from the factory, so please insert it yourself before use.

4. Try repairing the Cordless Vacuum Cleaner and the Dual Empty Station in the following order:

• Launch SwitchBot app and log in.
• Tap Robot Vacuum K10+ Pro Combo.
• Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner.
• Tap "Pair Device" on the Settings screen.
• Place the cordless vacuum cleaner on the dual station, press the mode switch button for two seconds and tap “next”.
• The device will be searched and connected automatically.

5. Please perform dust collection again after repairing.

6. Press the button in the middle of the dust collection bracket to check if the cordless vacuum cleaner is collecting dust.

7. Please check whether the dust collection hole for the cordless vacuum cleaner at the Dual Empty Station is clogged.

• Position the cordless vacuum cleaner in the Dual Empty Station and manually trigger the dust collection.
• Remove the lid and dust bag from the Dual Empty Station.  
• Check if the dust collection hole at the top, indicated by the red frame in the image, is open or blocked by debris.  

*This hole is designed to close during the robot vacuum's dust collection and open when the cordless vacuum is collecting dust. If the hole remains closed during the cordless vacuum's operation, it may indicate a malfunction in the switching mechanism of the Dual Empty Station.

• A video showing dust not being collected automatically in the cordless vacuum cleaner.
• A video demonstrating whether the dust collection hole of the cordless vacuum cleaner at the Dual Empty Station is clogged.
