1. Make sure that the auto-drain and auto-fill ports on the water station are properly installed and are not damaged.
2. When setting up the water hose, make sure the gasket for leak prevention is correctly placed.
3. If you're using an external water tank, ensure that the gasket is properly installed on the rear quick connector. Please check that both the water inlet and outlet hoses have the correct gaskets in place, as shown in the provided video.
4. Try lifting one side of the water station and checking if any water leaks from the opposite side.
5. If the issue persists, could you please assist us by providing the following:
- A picture showing the water hose installation.
- A video demonstrating water leakage.
