1. When changing the water, some dripping may occur, which is normal. It is recommended to place a waterproof mat or diatomaceous earth mat in front of the water station.
2. Make sure that the auto-drain and auto-fill ports on the water station are properly installed and are not damaged.
3. Please tightly close the lid of the waste water filter of the water station in the direction indicated by the red mark in the left diagram. If it is protruding, it may cause water leakage. When properly closed, the lid will align with the same horizontal level as the surface of the water station (red frame in the right diagram).
4. When setting up the water hose, make sure the gasket for leak prevention is correctly placed.
5. If you're using an external water tank, ensure that the gasket is properly installed on the rear quick connector. Please check that both the water inlet and outlet hoses have the correct gaskets in place, as shown in the provided video. Verify that the sewage tank and fresh water tank are correctly installed.
6. Try lifting one side of the water station and checking if any water leaks from the opposite side.
