1. Make sure you have marked the water station's position on the created map. If not, please go to SwitchBot App -> your S10 -> Functions -> Settings -> Mark Water Station Position after mapping.
2. Press the Bluetooth button on the side of the water station to check for any light indicators. If no lights appear, the station may need charging. Use a 5V3A charging adaptor to charge the station for 0.5 to 1 hour.
3. Press and hold the Bluetooth Button for 6 seconds until the indicator light flashes white to confirm it is activated.
4. Clean the charging contacts on the water station with dry tissue to remove any dirt or water droplets.
5. If you have replaced the S10 main unit or the water station, you will need to manually pair the S10 with the water station via Bluetooth.

6. When marking the water station on SwitchBot App, make sure to drag the water drop mark icon to the front (about 1 meter) of the actual location of the Water Station.
7. Once docked, make sure the water station's firmware version is up to date. If not, go to SwitchBot App -> Floor Cleaning Robot S10 -> Gear Icon -> Firmware & Battery to update the firmware.
8. If the above does not improve the situation, please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback. When contacting us, please provide the following information:
- A video of the S10 failing to dock at the water station
- A phone displays the serial number on the back of the water station.
