4. If the Evaporative Humidifier (Auto-refill) hasn't been filled, please adjust the refilling settings in SwitchBot App by going to your S10 -> Gear Icon -> More Features -> Humidifier Settings and changing from Refill 10 times to Fill up.
5. Please check if the S10 unit is working properly by going to the SwitchBot App -> your S10 -> Functions -> Wash Mop under Control. If the S10 can wash its mop, then there's nothing wrong with the robot.
6. Please watch the video to check if the Evaporative Humidifier (Auto-refill) is functioning properly.
Tips:
- Fill the water tank manually to about 1/4 full. Then, disconnect the top fixed end of the water tank hose and submerge the tube in the water.
- Turn on the S10 to refill water to the humidifier, and after a successful connection, check for air bubbles in the mouth of the water tube.
- If there are no air bubbles, move the S10 away from the humidifier manually, remove the auto-fill port of the humidifier, wait for automatic re-docking by S10, and check for any air bubbles in the mouth of the tube.
- Attach auto-fill port to humidifier.
7. If no air bubbles are visible, follow the video to manually add water to the humidifier using a syringe.
Tips:
- Disconnect the soft hose inside the water tank from both the upper and lower ends (video).
- Attach a syringe to one end of the hose (available upon request from our support team) and draw in 50ml of purified water.
- Remove the port from the humidifier’s water inlet and connect the other end of the hose to the inlet.
- Slowly press the syringe to inject the water, ensuring it flows through the system.
- Reattach the port and reconnect the hose to the water tank.
- Turn on the S10 and let it attempt to refill the humidifier to confirm the issue is resolved.
*Please contact us via SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Support ->Feedback to get a syringe.
