What to Do If SwitchBot Floor Cleaning Robot S10 Auto-refill Failed?

1. Make sure that the fresh water hose is properly installed and that the water valve in your home is open.

2. Make sure that the fresh water hose is not damaged or folded.

3. Make sure that the water station's auto-fill port is attached and undamaged.

4. Refer to the linked video and check for any unusual noises by shaking the water station up and down with force. If you hear a rattling noise, the water station is malfunctioning and needs to be repaired or replaced.

5. Pour out the cleaning solution and listen for any sloshing water in the Water Station.

6. Please refer to the video to verify whether your robot S10’s fresh water pump is functioning correctly.

Tips:

• Keep the S10 powered on and press the mode switch button for 10 seconds until you hear a "beep" sound.
• Press the mode switch button once, then the fresh water pump should start running, and you’ll hear its sound. Place your finger over the fresh water outlet (hole shown in the figure below) for 3~4 seconds with force at the back of the S10 to check if you can hear airflow or feel suction.

• If the pump doesn’t make any sound, repeat the steps above 2-3 times to rule out incorrect button presses (holding too long or too short).
• Turn off the power switch (O), then turn it back on (I), and the S10 will return to normal operation.

7. If you cannot confirm the airflow sound or suction power from the robot, please check whether cleaning the robot’s water inlet, as shown in the video, improves the situation.
