- SwitchBot App Version:9.6 or newer
1. Make sure your SwitchBot App version is up to date.
2. Restart your phone’s Bluetooth and lift the S10’s faceplate to toggle the switch from "o" to "I".
3. Bring your phone close to your S10 and check if it needs a firmware recovery by navigating to SwitchBot App -> Profile -> Firmware Recovery -> Recovery.
Note:
Keep your phone near the robot and don’t leave the page during the update.
Please make sure that the MAC address that appears in the firmware recovery section matches the one on the back of the S10 unit.
4. If the recovery fails at any point,
- Turn your phone's Bluetooth off and on again.
- Restart SwitchBot app.
- Restart the robot by toggling its power switch.
- Repeat step 3 several times.
